StainFix is operated by Moms Life Simplified, LLC (“StainFix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how StainFix collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application and related services.

1. Overview

StainFix helps users identify stains and view stain-removal guidance. Manual stain rescue guides are available without using AI photo analysis. If you choose to use AI Photo Rescue, the app may use artificial intelligence to help identify a stain and suggest relevant rescue steps.

2. Information We Collect

We collect different information depending on how you use the app.

Information you choose to provide:

• Photos you choose to submit for AI Photo Rescue.
• Stain and fabric selections you choose in Manual Rescue.
• Rescue notes, outcomes, and optional before/after photos you choose to save in your rescue history.
• Information you provide when contacting support, such as your email address and message.

App and device information:

• Basic technical information needed to operate and troubleshoot the app, such as app version, device type, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance information, if enabled through our tools or platform providers.

Purchase and subscription information:

• If you purchase a subscription or start a trial, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another subscription provider may process purchase information. We do not directly receive your full payment card details.

3. AI Photo Rescue

StainFix uses AI features to help analyze stain photos. When you use AI Photo Rescue, your selected photo may be transmitted from your device to our backend and/or AI service providers to process the image, identify likely stain and fabric characteristics, and return suggested rescue guidance.

Do not upload photos that contain sensitive personal information, private documents, faces, children, nudity, medical information, financial information, or anything you do not want processed by AI systems.

AI results may be inaccurate. StainFix provides informational stain-removal guidance only and does not guarantee any result.
