These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Oopsi: Stain & Laundry Rescue mobile application and related services (“Oopsi,” the “App,” or the “Service”). Oopsi is operated by Moms Life Simplified, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using Oopsi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Oopsi provides stain-removal and laundry-care guidance, including manual stain rescue guides and optional AI Photo Rescue. The App is for informational and household-use purposes only.
Oopsi is designed to help busy families respond to everyday stains, spills, and laundry mishaps. It is not a professional cleaning, textile, or garment-care service.
Stain-removal outcomes depend on many factors, including stain type, fabric, product used, age of stain, washing conditions, and prior treatment. Oopsi does not guarantee that any stain will be removed or that any fabric, garment, or item will be undamaged.
Always test cleaning methods on a hidden area first. Follow garment care labels and cleaning product instructions.
AI Photo Rescue uses artificial intelligence to help identify stains and suggest rescue steps. AI results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific fabric, stain, garment, or situation. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions and deciding whether to follow them.
Do not upload photos that contain sensitive personal information, private documents, faces, children, nudity, medical information, financial information, or content you do not want processed by AI systems.
Manual stain rescue guides are intended to remain available without a paid subscription. AI Photo Rescue and other premium features may require a free trial, subscription, or other paid access.
If Oopsi offers a free trial or subscription, billing will be handled through the applicable app store or subscription provider. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to the rules of the platform where you subscribed.
You are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions through your Apple App Store, Google Play, or other applicable account settings. We do not control app store billing policies, refunds, or renewal rules.
You may choose to submit or save photos, notes, rescue outcomes, or other content in the App (“User Content”). You are responsible for your User Content and must not upload, submit, or save content that:
